Staff at Oceanlake Elementary School recently completed training on the school’s new Blue Box Warning System. The system is designed to provide rapid alerts during serious safety emergencies, helping notify school occupants and first responders as quickly as possible. The training supports the district’s ongoing efforts to strengthen school safety and emergency preparedness. Blue Box Systems are now installed in four LCSD schools and thanks to voter approved bond funding, they will be installed in every district school.
