Lincoln County School District is hosting a volunteer training and information session for those interested in helping with our Elementary Science Field Experiences. These hands-on learning activities are offered in partnership with several community organizations and give students the opportunity to explore science in real-world settings.
The training session will be held March 19 from 5–7 p.m. at the LCSD Teaching and Learning Center, 1212 NE Fogarty Street in Newport.
Community members interested in volunteering are encouraged to attend to learn more about the program and how they can support student learning.
