Good Morning Seniors and Parents,

REMINDER: Taft Senior Cap & Gown Portraits will take place Tuesday, April 28, in the Library. Seniors will be called down to the Library beginning at 9:00 AM.

A cap and gown will be provided for the picture.

Frequently Asked Questions

DO I NEED TO DRESS UP?
No — just look your best from the shoulders up. Most of your clothing will be covered by the gown, with only a small portion of your shirt visible. Collared shirts or dresses are perfectly fine if you choose to wear them.

EXCEPTION: NO HOODIES
If you are wearing a hoodie, you will be asked to remove it. Please make sure to have a T-shirt or appropriate shirt underneath.

DO YOU KNOW WHAT CORDS I AM RECEIVING FOR GRADUATION?
Yes. Teachers have provided the cord list, and it will be available in the Library.

IS THERE A MAKE-UP PORTRAIT DAY?
Yes. The make-up date is still being determined by Cohen & Park. We will share that information as soon as it is confirmed.

WHEN DO I GET MY CAP & GOWN?
Caps and gowns will be distributed on Awards Night — June 1st.

If you have any questions, please feel free to respond to this message or contact the main office.
